As courageous Missionaries of Saint Alfonso Maria Fusco, Baptistine Sisters took a giant leap to New Raipur, Chhattisgarh on 26th March 2017 under the leadership of Sr. Mary Antony the Provincial and Council, to spread the message of Christ, through Evangelization, Education and Promoting Children and Youth along with Parish Ministry in collaboration with Montfort Brothers of St. Gabriel as they are venturing this new mission. This Divine Providence came to us through the invitation of the then Provincial Rev. Bro. Mani V.J and realized under the leadership of Rev. Bro. James Ekka, the present Provincial and the Council of Delhi Province.
Ever since we started our first house in Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh in 2005 it was our ardent desire to have another house in Chhattisgarh in order to strengthen and be supportive to our sisters in Ambikapur. Sr. Brigit Mylaparambil,Sr. Nisarani and Sr. Kanikkai are the pioneers. We believe that this house is a special gift of our Founder as he is raised to the Sainthood on October 16th, 2016. The community is named as ‘Villa Fusco’ acknowledging his very many blessings up on the Indian Province. Thanks be to God!
