St. Joseph’s Villa is the Formation hose for the Aspirants. It was started on 17th June, 2015 under the leadership of Sr. Mary Antony and the Council in a separate wing of the Provincialate. The pioneers were Sr. Nirmala Rani Gnanaprakasam, Sr. Sonia Joseph and Sr. Jenifer Therese Thamyan. In the previous years the aspirants were housed with the postulants in Carmelaram, Bangalore. This formation house was started with four girls to give initial formation and more conducive atmosphere for the formees specially to get good exposure to the parish.
These young girls are introduced to the Congregation, Founder, Prayer life and the Apostolates. They are also given language classes along with ample opportunities to develop their innate talents. This formation community extends its support to the various apostolates of the Provincialate such as the School, St. John’s Convent, Parish and Province activities. All Glory and Honor to God!
